What types of products do you offer?
We offer personalized items to celebrate the important moments in your life. Each product is carefully designed to allow you to create unique and memorable keepsakes that reflect your story.
How can I personalize my item?
When placing your order, you will have the option to provide specific information such as names, dates, photos, and other personalized elements you wish to include on your product. These details will be used to create a unique piece.
How can I verify that my personalization has been correctly applied?
Once you have entered your personalization details, they will be displayed in your shopping cart summary. Please carefully review the information before proceeding to payment. If you notice any errors after payment, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card and PayPal. All transactions are secure.
What are the processing times for my order?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after noon will be processed the following business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Since our products are made to order, an average of 2 to 4 business days is required for manufacturing. This timeframe may vary depending on the type of product and production workload.
Your order will then be shipped with care, and its delivery will depend on the times mentioned by the carrier at the time of payment.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver to mainland France and Belgium. For international deliveries, an additional delay of 2 to 5 days may be expected.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are shown during checkout and vary depending on weight, volume, and destination. Delivery is free for orders over €60.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
What to do in case of a delivery delay?
If the delivery date is exceeded, you can contact our customer service at help@dearlythings.com. If delivery is not made within a reasonable timeframe, you may request cancellation of the order.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items cannot be returned due to their personalization.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or non-compliant product?
If you notice a defect, a personalization error, or damage to the product you received, please contact our customer service department within 7 business days of receipt. We will ask you to provide a photo of the product and a description of the problem.
